SENIOR ADMIN SPECIALIST- BURKINA FASO

The consulting firm AVANSEIL, specializing in strategy, Human Ressources Management, and organizational development, is seeking to receive applications on behalf of a PalmPay in order to fill the position of Senior Admin Specialist.

II- ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Specialist to support daily operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage administrative operations and office functions
  • Coordinate internal communications and support cross-functional teams
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  1. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in fintech or a fast-paced industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
