Are you the « Sales Engineer » that Epiroc Turkey, Surface Division (SRD) is looking for…?

The successful candidate will be responsible from all sales activities of the Surface Division (SRD) while contributing to our Tools and Attachments Division (TLD) sales activities as well.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales of Epiroc products to current and new customers and dealers,
  • Effectively manage and grow own area of business and increase market share in the respected area,
  • Identify, seek and secure new opportunities, applications and customers,
  • Collaborate with ‘Marketing, Branding & Communications’ function to understand and grow our market position and nominate new profitableareas,
  • Maintain regular customer visits to establish requirements, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction in terms of tools and attachments are delivered at all times,
  • Ongoing and strong communication and collaboration with internal business partners in the company and specifically with the capitalequipment divisions as well as keep up the good communication with Epiroc partners to effectively promote Epiroc products,
  • Ensure all enquiries and orders received are managed promptly and in an efficient manner, issue technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements for The Job:

  • Preferably good understanding of Construction and Mining applications and customer segment,
  • Previous experience in Sales & Marketing environment is an asset,
  • Good command of Turkish and English languages, (Please kindly note that this is a local position with a requirement of native Turkish language)
  • Able to express ideas, send, receive and exchange information clearly,
  • Able to identify alternatives to current thinking; ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to problems,
  • Able to promote, develop and maintain a positive culture throughout the organization and to improve its performance,
  • Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results,
