Lead the setup of the first industrial park project starting January 2025, with subsequent projects planned in Indonesia.
Recruit and oversee a dedicated team to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure efficient operations and maintenance of all industrial parks in Southeast Asia.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities to facilitate project success.
Collaborate with the BD team to explore and evaluate new park development opportunities.
Introduce Suez best practices to enhance operational performance and increase financial outcomes across all parks.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
At least 10 years in WTP and WWTP operations, including a minimum of 8 years managing multiple industrial plants.
Demonstrated experience in establishing Suez’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) system in a new industrial park is highly advantageous.
Prior working experience in Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam and Indonesia; expatriate experience is essential if not directly experienced in the region.
Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and business practices.
Highly attentive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Proven capability in preparing and delivering effective presentation materials.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in data analysis.
Fluent in English, with the ability to lead high-level meetings with stakeholders and clients autonomously.
