Do you have experience from IT, digitalization and automation? Would you like to explore and develop capabilities within Identity and Access Management while utilizing best of breed technologies for managing On Prem Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and other identity related techniques?
Epiroc IT is looking for a driven person to join our IT team, who likes to turn challenges into possibilities!
Your team
The department you will be joining interacts with several Teams across the world daily and collaborates within the team regularly to ensure a common focus and agile execution. Within the IT Security team, we strive to work outside of any ”silos” and with a common vision to constantly improve the landscape we are responsible for.
Your mission
As the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Governance Manager, you will work both strategic and operative to deliver world class services to the business geographically spread equally around the globe. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective design, implementation, and monitoring of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks to safeguard organizational assets.
Your mission will involve managing governance, risk, and compliance related to IAM processes, policies, and tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal security objectives, along with Audit compliance and Agile project management. You will contribute to the roadmap for each of the components in your service area, as well as safeguard operations at all times.
You will also be responsible for the documentation of processes and routines as well as to ensure global adoption of routines and guidelines.
Your profile

You should have technical skills that allow you to question and challenge current and new solution requirements and have the personality to push back where the requirements are not met. You are able to analyze and document complex systems and data, identify patterns and trends, troubleshoot issues and can present and explain technical concepts and solutions for challenges in a clear and concise manner.
You should be an excellent communicator who can interact with different stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and management and is comfortable interacting in group discussions and debates on proposals. As this is a global role, fluency in English is required.
Project management skills, experience and interest in leadership and coaching colleagues and key stakeholders will be strong success factors in this role!
Other requirements:
- Proficient understanding of IT technical components and processes, and how to improve and develop them.
- Knowledge of IT related frameworks, governance model and technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, CIAM, B2C, PIM, RBAC).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent are a great plus!
Location and travel
This position is ideally located in Sweden (Örebro or Sickla), but we are also open to consider candidates located near the following offices: Czech Republic (Prague), Germany (Essen), France (Cergy Pontoise), United Kingdom (Hemel Hempstead), South Africa (Johannesburg), UAE (Dubai), Italy (Cinisello Balsamo).
Local terms and conditions will apply, depending on the successful candidate’s current location. Please note that we do not offer relocation support for this role. Occasional travel is required.
