- Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in any science

Activities

Main Objective
- The role holder’s main objective is to receipt, store, stock take and dispatch over 30,000 LPG Cylinders per month.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the loading and offloading of LPG cylinders and Accessories in the depot.
- Coordinate with security to ensure that trucks with LPG orders at the bond gate enter the depot timely for loading and follow up the LPG trucks in the market.
- Ensure proper storage of all filled and empty LPG cylinders plus LPG Accessories.
- Reconcile LPG/Accessories and delivery notes every after invoicing on a monthly basis.
- Daily performance report shared to managers/stake holders.
- Ensure LPG delivery trucks are compliant with safe to load and HSEQ procedures and practices.
- Ensure that before any trucks leave the depot, checks on the quantity loaded is carried with the truck driver and security personnel to confirm the quantity loaded.
- Follow up with customer orders from Customer service Centre and plan routes with the sales team.
- Ensure compensatory measures listed for any Down-graded situation are followed
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
