Summary

Under the supervision of the Team Leader and Senior AP Analyst, the candidate will have to ensure OTIF administrative tasks performed to enable OTIF invoice postings as well as ensuring accuracy & completeness of the entities invoice postings including parked invoices in a timely manner (SLA). The candidate will also report on work-in-progress to the Team Leader.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Reconciliation of supplier accounts and follow up to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and follow up to address any differences.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Participate in the monthly closing process and ensure adherence to the closing schedule.
• Verify expense reports.
• Assist in preparing payment lists.
• Assist in budget preparation.
• Provide assistance during interim and statutory audits.
• Journal/ adjustment entries
• Assist in assets count

Who are we looking for?

• ACCA Level 1/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent
• Fresh Starter in Accounting field
• Knowledge and application of accounting principles will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Bilingual (English & French)
